Gayle Turner
Brief Bio:
Recognized as a brand authority at conferences throughout the country, Gayle Turner is sought after to address the topic of branding and its impact upon corporate success. He is credited with having installed new business and brand alignment procedures in over 100 professional service firms, whose business increased by an aggregate of $200MM in one year, as well as, in manufacturing, insurance, financial services and mining organizations. In addition to brand, Gayle speaks regularly on the subjects of growth strategies and new business expansion.
As co-founder of Beckett Advisors, Turner's passion for systems and standardization has contributed significantly to the architecture of the firm's consulting methods and the manner in which the firm distills and presents marketing intelligence to its clients.
Early in his career, Gayle took his love for business and theater and built the management team that would increase nation-wide distribution of children's theater by 76% in its third year of existence. Under Turner's leadership, Richmond Theatre Company became the most prolific touring business in U.S. history, delivering a record 1,487 annual performances.
Turner joined the Beckett firm as Principal in 2002.

Branding is the process of managing the expectations that we have created. When we consistently fulfill expectations, people learn to depend upon us.
