As a project manager at Beckett Advisors, Max Wellspring supports our customers by tracking the internal projects that emphasize long-term customer stability rather than short-term profit gains.
Max puts this customer-centric model into practice by employing her finesse in marketing research, writing, and analytics which help customers formulate company values that best align with the evolving needs of their customers. Max then helps actualize these forward-looking initiatives by serving as a point-of-contact between clients and project team members during project implementation, helping to ensure that timelines are met and clients' market objectives are achieved.
Max has worked as a project manager with a wide range of Beckett's customers, affording her extensive knowledge about business trends across diverse fields such as manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, technology, and health.
Max honed her effective managerial proficiencies in her previous position, where she worked for a decade as an office manager at a well-regarded law firm in northern California. When she is not working at Beckett Advisors, Max leads a vibrant side career as a life coach, where she helps people in life-transitions obtain greater trust in their potential and carryout more fulfilling lives.
Personal Statement
My work at Beckett is dynamic - I get to partake in a diversity of projects and continuously explore new worlds of entrepreneurship. Yet, the best part of working at Beckett is the company culture, with its strong emphasis on team-cooperation. It is a culture of trust, where hierarchal roles are respected but there is also respect for everyone's unique talents. Creative contribution is encouraged from all team members. Because of this, I can have confidence in my work and the work of my peers. I know that no matter the hurdles we might come across, our team will be able to collaboratively problem-solve and together provide our clients with the functional, productive, and enduring results that are our highest priority to provide.
