Richmonders aid ABC home show.
 
Although tomorrow's featured home on ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" is in California, Richmonders John Whitworth and Gayle Turner had a hand in it.
 
Whitworth and Turner are with Beckett Advisors, whose sister company, Beckett & Beckett, based in Los Angeles, provided public relations and marketing expertise to this week's edition of the show.
 
In providing help to Cornerstone Construction Group, the general contractor for the episode, the Richmond firm in particular reached out to political figures, including Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, to draw attention to the volunteer effort.
 
Tomorrow's episode, which concerns Kristina Ripatti, a Los Angeles Police Department officer paralyzed from the chest down after being shot in the line of duty, airs from 8 to 10 p.m.
