Ken Naglewski has extensive experience with both Fortune 500 and middle-market companies. As CEO, COO and CRO in several different sectors, he has been involved at a senior level in over fifty M&A and capital raising activities, numerous crisis/turnaround management situations and insolvency proceedings. He has provided expert testimony in several bankruptcy districts on a variety of bankruptcy issues.
Naglewski has worked with companies throughout the United States as well as Western and Eastern Europe, Mexico, Canada and the Far East. As Executive Vice President and COO, Ken led the turnaround and directed the sale of State Industries, Inc., one of the world's largest international manufacturers of water heaters.
Prior to State Industries, Ken was a partner in a national consulting firm providing investment banking/capital formation, turnaround, crisis management and related services to under performing and distressed companies in a wide variety of industries.
Earlier, Ken was a senior financial executive with MidCon Corp and Santa Fe Southern Pacific, both independent Fortune 500 companies at the time. He began his career with Price Waterhouse & Co. where he managed financial audits of Fortune 500 companies.

His work on bringing State Industries, Inc. from the brink of bankruptcy to a leading industry position won wide acclaim as one of most successful restructurings of a middle-market business.
