  Peter Belanger
 
Brief Bio:
Peter Belanger brings nearly 30 years of rapid sales campaign expertise to the Beckett team, where he is responsible for business development and helping to promote the firm through its varied public appearance schedule.
 
His prior experience includes 20 years as President of CallCoach, Inc. where his techniques consistently and dramatically improved client revenues and sales performance for such clients as Microsoft, Cisco Systems, GE Capital, Wells Fargo and Universal Studios.
 
Earlier in his career, Peter spent 12 years as Telesalesperson, Trainer and Managing Director of Automated Training Systems. There he regularly exceeded sales quotas by 300% or more.
 
Peter is also a published author of the books "10 Secrets of Marketing Success", and "Credit Union Telemarketing." He is a regular guest speaker on telesales and telemarketing for UCLA Extension classes.
 
Peter was the President of the Southern California Chapter of American TeleServices Association for two years. He was a columnist in the Teleprofessional Magazine with "Tips of the Trade" column.
